Our current evaluation was facilitated by David Bowman of the Tarrant Baptist Association and by our own Association Leadership. A cross-section of ministers across the TEBA were invited to be part of the process with tenure in the TEBA ranging from 1 year to 25+ years and church sizes from church plants to some of our largest member churches.
