A host of resources and training are available to you and your church at the TEBA. On a regular basis, we assist churches, ministry staff members, and lay leadership in a variety of ways. Training takes place both onsite at the local church and at the TEBA Resource and Conference Center. What follows is a partial list of some of the ways we can help your church or ministry team members.
Demographics & Values Reports. Every church in the TEBA can receive a free Demographic Report that can be a radius area around your church or a shape or configuration of your choice. You will know who is presently in your ministry area and the Values they hold, including worship style, teaching, and an assortment of other preferences and concerns.
Missional Strategy Development. We can help you understand where your church is in its Missional Strategy and how to develop an effective Missional Strategy. Through a process of self-assessment, you will come to understand your present reality, its values, challenges, and how to move forward to a greater level of effectiveness.
Moving Your Church Forward. Want to understand why your church is at its present level? While every church is not supposed to be the same size, they all have the responsibility to effectively impact their community. Allow us to help your church identify its present reality and what steps to consider to move it to a different level.

Vision Planning or Vision Framing. Is your church ready to discover the unique way God has shaped it to minister in your community? Talk with us today about how your church can have an individual consultation in the Auxano Tools, which will lead you to discover God’s unique Plan or Vision for your church.
Deacon Retreat. We are looking forward to having Dr. Jim Henry, Pastor Emeritus of FBC Orlando, former President of the SBC, and author of multiple works on Deacon Ministry, come lead our 2026 Deacon Retreat. You will join with other churches at our host church, Kingwood’s FBC, on October 17th to fellowship and grow together in your understanding of effective Deacon Ministry.

Church Health. The TEBA is committed to helping your church family be all that God intends. Through a consultation process that includes access to a variety of tools and resources, we can craft an individualized response to your church family to help it understand its present reality and future potential. Some of the tools available include the Church Health Survey, Natural Church Development, and the RESTART Process.
